The Water Experiment

Today I want to touch on something I speak about in many public talks I do. It is an experiment conducted by Dr. Masaru Emoto on the power of words. In this experiment, words were written down on a piece of paper and placed in water that is freezing. As the water freezes, images have been captured to show the effects words play on the formation of the water.

A number of different words or terms were used, both positive and negative. The results are interesting. What Dr. Emoto discovered is that positive words (for example, love, happiness, joy) produced beautifully symmetrical crystals! The images of these are breathtaking:

In contrast, the negative words produced something very different. There was no structure. There was no symmetry. Instead, the results were chaotic and unappealing to the eye:

metal

I love talking about this experiment because our body is made up of 80% water. If mere words produced these results, imagine what our thoughts do inside of us. Think of what they do to our physiology!

Ever wonder what life would be like
Without any societal or environmental influences?
Who would you be?
What would your life look like?
What would your truest thoughts and desires be?
If we didn’t have expectations or norms,
What would we be like?
What parts of ourselves would remain?
What parts of ourselves have been created?
How do we decide what is true in our hearts?
And what was developed in our heads?
Further yet,
What voices in our heads telling us what to do and what not to do
Are our true voices?
What parts were created by our family?
Our society?
Our government?
What’s real and what isn’t?
Deciphering that is where true happiness and true freedom exist.
That is true liberation.

Changing Your Beliefs to Transform Your Life

These are words I want each of you to consider and think about. Most of our thoughts and beliefs have been passed down to us. The rest is based on our experiences and our perceptions of things that have happened to us. These thoughts hold us back. They change our physiology. Our thoughts release certain hormones that affect our body’s ability to heal. And unfortunately for most of us, our thoughts are the most difficult thing to get a handle on.

I want you all to know there are things that can help. I believe that if we can change our thoughts, we can truly begin to change our lives.

As always, if anybody has any questions or would like guidance, I am always here to help.

Yours in health; body, mind and soul.
